Having worked at both the grassroots and state level, I bring a unique perspective in ensuring accountability, efficiency, and impact. Today, as State Lead in Jharkhand, I oversee core interventions in Life Skills Education, FLN, and Academic Support across 100+ schools, while engaging with government, communities, and donors to deliver scalable solutions.    As State Lead, I provide strategic leadership and end-to-end project management for large-scale interventions in Life Skills Education and Foundational Learning & Numeracy (FLN), implemented across 100+ government schools in Jharkhand. I oversee program delivery, budget utilization, government and donor engagement, and Monitoring & Evaluation, while leading a diverse team of 78 staff members. My role also includes driving strategic partnerships at the state level, such as with JEPC, and ensuring effective stakeholder collaboration.
