At Razorpay Rize, I lead the strategy, growth, and execution of one of India’s most founder-focused startup programs. I manage a team of 5 and together we support over 1200 curated founders through dedicated communities, structured programs, and ecosystem partnerships.Our communities include- Rize Tech+ – for Tech, AI, and ML founders across India- Rize D2C+ – for D2C, retail, and e-commerce founders across India- Rize Xport+- Empowering Indian Brands & Businesses going GlobalFounders are selected through a rigorous application process to ensure a high-quality network and meaningful peer engagement.Key initiatives and programs- Rize for YC – Helping Indian founders get into Y Combinator through curated resources, application reviews, and mock interviews with YC alumni- Rize Pitch Perfect – Supporting founders in refining their pitch decks with expert feedback and investor-readiness reviewsI also lead the Partnerships team within Rize, where we’ve onboarded 40+ strategic partners (GCP, AWS, DevRev, Canva etc) across the ecosystem to give founders access to tools, perks, services, and connections that accelerate growth.Beyond community, I work closely with the product team to build founder-first platforms. One such initiative is the Rize Marketplace, where founders can list their products and access over Razorpay merchants directly from the Razorpay dashboard unlocking new distribution and growth opportunities.At Rize, I operate at the intersection of early-stage founder enablement, community building, product innovation, and ecosystem strategy with a mission to help startups go from zero to one and beyond.
