   As Proposal Strategist supporting Burns & McDonnell’s Transmission & Distribution (T&D) Global Practice, I lead strategic pursuit planning and proposal development efforts that drive business growth and win work across critical infrastructure markets. My role bridges business development, capture strategy, and project execution—ensuring we approach each opportunity with purpose, precision, and a client-focused message. I guide pursuits through every stage of the sales lifecycle—from early positioning and market research to value proposition development, capture planning, and final proposal execution. I lead strategic planning sessions, facilitate go/no-go decisions, manage internal reviews, and coach teams through shortlist interviews—aligning messaging with client needs and win themes. I collaborate with project teams to capture insights, metrics, and success stories, ensuring continuous improvement and lessons learned are embedded into our pursuit processes. I support CRM best practices across the Global Practice, maintaining data integrity through consistent tracking, reporting, and insights. I work closely with leadership to assess business development performance and recommend improvements to strengthen our market approach.
