About Mandy Amanda Sachs
I constantly seek out the \"why\" in what we do, not only the bottom lines. I excel in approaching ways to communicate and identify information, using resources efficiently, and thinking out of the box.I spent eight years in healthcare before transitioning to the world of data. With my unique background, I bring a different perspective to data science and analytics, especially with healthcare or veterinary data. I am fascinated by data that relates to my life as a consumer and personality, and I enjoy the challenges and creativity of data science and coding.My journey summarized:I received a Bachelor of Science in Advanced Medical Imaging Technology at the University of Cincinnati, specializing in Nuclear Medicine and Magnetic Resonance Imaging. Through my clinicals and study abroad in Denmark, I was exposed to the fascinating aspect of research in Europe\'s modern medicine. Previously a pharmacy student, I am also intrigued by medicine and their physiological and biological effects on the body. At the tail end of my medical imaging experience, I combined my love of animals and magnetic resonance imaging expertise to help animals with complex healthcare needs not readily available in most demographics.In 2021, I completed a Data Science and Machine Learning Program at Coding Dojo, expanding my knowledge and opening a career path toward tech.
