Started TalkHR following redundancy in September 2005, whereby the packaging company I worked for suffered a catastrophic fire that amounted to £10 million worth of damage and resulted in a site closure. I always wanted to provide realistic people solutions whilst utilising my proven project skills for the benefit of many businesses. I have developed great tools to support businesses from my time working in quality, training and human resources (since 1995). We can recruit, train and develop employees whilst at the same time help manage them through change.
