In addition to overall responsibility for operations at the Head Office of Adera Development Corporation, I work closely with the Executive and Leadership Teams of companies within the Adera Group, I engage our people in dialogue and action around strategic plans to achieve sustainable growth.My involvement in these projects include change management, succession planning, recruiting and defining roles for changing business needs, developing vendor partnerships, employee development and education, marketing and promotion, IT infrastructure, systems and software, process mapping, reporting and metrics, audit and risk management.As a catalyst in turning strategy to action, I engage people at all levels of our organization to keep us continually innovating and evolving.
