Achievements have included- Leading the creation of a standalone PMO service to manage multi-year, multi-million-dollar transformational programmes- Creation of a highly successful dynamic client facing migration team, with focus on strategy-driven targets and milestones- Successfully converted challenging Tier 1 banking clients from opposer to advocate of transformation and migration. Breaking down barriers and improving overall client relationships.Recent years have been challenging for all, as our work and home lives have been turned upside down through the pandemic. I have been particularly proud that during this time I was awarded the “Equifax 2020 Global Circle of Excellence Award” for leadership and management of the UK Covid Taskforce. This was a character and resilience building time for me personally and has very much reminded me to reflect more often on the phrase “Have the serenity to accept the things I cannot change, the courage to change the things I can and the wisdom to know the difference”I have a personal ethos of honesty and integrity with a strong work ethic to achieve the best for an organisation and its people. I became a mum at a young age and was told by those that should have been helping shape my future that “I wouldn\'t amount to anything and I couldn’t give my child a good life”. This has shaped my drive and determination to succeed and my passion for developing and mentoring others.I am highly motivated to continue to grow and develop my knowledge and experience, learning from inspirational leaders both inside and outside of the workplace.
