The best technology disappears. Not because it\'s hidden, but because it earns trust - working so naturally alongside people that they stop thinking about it and start thinking with it. That\'s the design philosophy I\'ve spent 20+ years building toward.My recent work has focused on what I call \"People-First AI\"- helping organizations adopt AI in ways that center around human needs rather than chasing technology for its own sake. At Moody\'s Ratings, I co-led this effort across a 550+ person technology organization, building training programs, change management strategies, and design principles that made AI adoption feel less like a mandate and more like an invitation. I\'ve seen what happens when you bring people along instead of dragging them forward.I\'m also a culture carrier. I believe great design comes from healthy teams, and healthy teams come from leaders who invest in belonging, recognition, service and growth. I\'ve served as an Executive Sponsor for employee resource groups, led enterprise-wide recognition initiatives, hosted fireside chats, mentored emerging talent, and consistently championed the idea that how we work matters as much as what we ship. When people feel seen and supported, they do their best thinking.My career spans design leadership at Moody\'s, AIG, and Bank of America—building practices from scratch, scaling design systems across complex enterprises, and delivering outcomes that moved business metrics. I\'ve reduced time-on-task by half, saved millions through usability improvements, and built teams that people didn\'t want to leave.Right now, I\'m looking for a place where user-centered AI design is the strategy and culture isn\'t an afterthought.    Built and led Experience Design practice from the ground up within a large technology organization, establishing design standards, operating model, and governance across a portfolio of enterprise applications and product teams.Spearheaded organization-wide AI adoption strategy, developing a \"People-First AI\" framework focused on trust, explainability, and user confidence. Designed AI training curriculum with differentiated tracks for technical and non-technical audiences. Led change management initiatives that measurably increased adoption and reduced resistance.Owned the design system, leading a major platform migration and enabling consistent experiences across the digital product landscape.
