From 2014 until the program\'s end in 2023, I was a facilitator of the Anti-Defamation League\'s A WORLD OF DIFFERENCE® (AWOD) Institute, a leading provider of anti-bias education and diversity training programs and resources. As an AWOD facilitator, I had the honor of facilitating workshops both in the workplace and in Maine schools to help participants recognize bias and prejudice and the harms they can inflict on individuals and society, explore the value of diversity, improve intergroup relations and combat racism, anti-Semitism and all forms of prejudice and bigotry. I remain a consultant with the ADL on classes related to bias and prejudice.
