   Prior to being promoted to Director of Product Management, I managed the company’s largest and most profitable product line and consistently maintained its first-place status in the long-term Dialysis market share. I was initially hired as a Product Associate and received three promotions in four years’ time. In my current role, I work collaboratively with senior company leadership to set, guide, and communicate marketing and promotional activities that support product and overall brand growth and also lead, coach, and mentor a 5-member product management team.During my tenure this far, I have developed and integrated numerous solutions and growth-focused strategies that increase the product line’s market share while simultaneously growing overall company revenue. I manage all aspects of the product pipeline, including forecasting and launching, inventory management, backorder resolutions, and quality issue assessments.
