With over 35 years’ experience of sales in the amazing hospitality, conference and events industry along with a passion for delivering results, I have been fortunate enough to use the extensive skills I’ve gained to help develop others in the industry. Before embarking on my own business journey, I enjoyed an exciting and successful career at Director level for some of the biggest names in hospitality, conference and events.Setting up Paje Consultancy in 2010 I have been able to help venues to thrive through consultancy, representation, training, development, sales and marketing.Alongside Paje, I am extremely proud to own and be the CEO for Venues of Excellence; including management of all the operations, sales, marketing, and venue find team for a prestigious consortium of the most unique and excellent conference and event venues across the country. When the opportunity presented itself in 2022 to purchase the Venues of Excellence consortium as a growing concern, it felt like the natural step for me to take. I am truly excited to be at the helm of two fantastic organisations; both poised and ready to elevate the position of the excellent venues we work with. How can I help you?
