I\'m a life coach that takes high-achievers from restless existence to vibrant living. If you feel like you\'re spinning your wheels, wanting more depth to life but not sure how to get it, I can support you in creating the life you crave. I\'ve always been a high achiever. I started my career working in continuous improvement, making an impact within my team and company. But I was lacking a lust for life. Nothing seemed fun, relationships felt disconnected, energy was elusive. Not to mention the deep sense of unfulfilled potential. I realized - how could I create a happy future if I didn\'t know how to be happy now? I wanted the confidence that no matter where I was at in life, I could be doing things I loved, with people I cared about, with a lot to be grateful for. I wanted to know how to feel alive in my life, now and always. And I want that for you too. I embarked on a journey of self-exploration and personal development. By learning who I was, I unlocked the ability to tailor life improvement strategies to my specific needs, so I could create the life I desired. During my coaching journey, I\'ve transformed from someone who looked externally for the answers, worrying if I was doing the \"right\" things, to being confident that I can do me, and be living a life I love no matter what happens.
