Mandy is the CEO of RE/MAX Southern Shores, We Insure Advocates and Stay & Play Myrtle Beach. A native of Horry county, Mandy attended Clemson University where she earned a Bachelors degree in Political Science with a Minor in Communications Studies. After a last minute decision in her senior year of college led her away from law school, Mandy was urged by friends to try her hand in the real estate world, which she did within months after finishing college. After only a year and a half of real estate sales, Mandy opened RE/MAX Southern Lifestyles in May 2007 at the age of 24. Several years & four acquisitions later(which also brought forth a name change to RE/MAX Southern Shores), the company has grown to 8 offices, 20 staff and more than 300 Realtors serving the Myrtle Beach, Charleston, Wilmington and Florence areas. RE/MAX Southern Shores proudly services all property types including luxury homes, commercial real estate, new homes, investment purchases and property management through our sister company, Stay & Play Myrtle Beach. In 2020 Mandy & her husband Tad expanded their offerings for agents & clients by opening We Insure Advocates. Mandy proudly resides in Murrells Inlet where she loves spending time with her husband Tad, their amazing kids and their furry kids!
