Helping the North West Coast NHS innovate, improve patient safety, and transform pathways through innovation. I am the strategic lead across a number of portfolios. Working across partnerships to develop new ways of working and change our part of the world for the better. I strategically develop and drive partnerships to deliver complex change and adopt innovative healthcare solutions. In my role, I combine my knowledge, expertise and passion for authentic collaboration to overcome barriers and implement interventions aimed at improving health.I lead projects that result in impact for patients, care pathways and wider systems at a national and local level.Patient Safety co-Lead 20••••21 I led the implementation locally on two programmes MatNeo and Medicines Safety, and was national co-lead both for MatNeo and Deterioration workstreams before and after my secondment to DHSC respectively.I currently lead the Complex Change and Pathway Transformation elements of our work including Mental Health and Learning Disability programme and our Safer Medicines workstream. lead across the whole Innovation Pipeline, Discover-develop-deploy with a focus on the use of diagnostics to positively disrupt and transform pathways and outcomes for patients.
