I manage all external communication, administrate sections of the intranet, and cultivate engagement from our team through internal communication, cross-team collaboration, and promotion training. Reporting to the President/CEO, I coordinate with leadership, management, employees, and volunteers to elevate initiatives, enhance organizational reputation, and exceed organizational goals. Currently, our organization is surpassing its goals and outperforming most peers. Accomplishments during my tenure include making Newsweek’s list of America’s Best Regional Banks and Credit Unions 2025, winning Financial Institution of the Year in Los Alamos in 2024 and 2025, and being nominated for a Santa Fe Business Achievement Award in 2024 and 2025. We have expanded our field of membership, increased our number of branches, and brought new products and programs to our members. We’ve expanded our communications and deepened our participation in events and outreach, raising key metrics in loan production, asset size, and membership growth, enhancing our reputation and community engagement, and driving innovation and excellence in our industry.
