I began the role prosecuting exclusively domestic violence cases in Lancaster County on all levels from High and Aggravated to Misdemeanor DV 3rd degree. In that role, I drafted indictments and handled weekly court appearances from roster call to preliminary hearings to bond motions and pleas. I have successfully negotiated significant plea deals in violent cases. As demands in my private practice increased, and from a desire to try more cases, I requested to transition to magistrates court, where I now handle the entirety of the solicitor\'s criminal docket, work closely with the court, victims, and defense attorneys in scheduling motions and have successfully tried dozens of cases.
