About Mandy Peckham

With nearly 20 years of professional experience in non-profit and federal consulting, I am passionate about matchmaking emerging technologies with commercial and federal use cases. As the President and CEO of BSR Consulting, a women-owned small business, I provide innovative consulting services to federal clients, industry, and emerging tech companies to brainstorm, match-make, and solve federal technology needs. Some of the ways I support my clients include driving strategic new and organic growth, customizing customer-focused messaging and marketing for emerging technologies, identifying innovative technology acquisition approaches, and demonstrating the art of the possible with pilots, prototypes, use cases, and white papers.I am also the CEO and Co-Founder of Diagnoss, a provider enablement platform that captures the physician\'s attention at the point of care: the clinical note. Diagnoss identifies gaps in the clinical note such as billing codes and presents financial, efficiency, and quality opportunities not otherwise available, while enhancing patient care by improving the quality of the clinical notes. In addition, I am a Venture Partner for Qubits Ventures, where I assist the General Partner with social media and marketing presence, advise companies on US federal best practices and growth, scout new tech companies to invest in, and raise funds by engaging with possible investors.
