ABOUT MANDY NORTHAM
I have 10 years experience working across communications and internal communications, operating at both strategic and tactical levels. In my career to date I have implemented two Internal Communications functions from scratch, and my skills and areas of expertise include: strategic internal communications, employee engagement, business change and transformation programmes, leadership communications and event management.I have led communications for a number of large-scale, global initiatives and change programmes, from the introduction of various key communications channels, including a global launch of a new intranet, plus a full-company rebrand and two acquisitions.I am a people-focused communicator, comfortable working in matrix organisations and more traditionalhierarchical businesses.
