Including Performance management and mentoring activities.\\\\nManagement of contracts for software and subscriptions, undertaking a rationalisation of same as part of the company re structure and cost reduction exercise.\\\\nGeneral management of subscriptions\\\\nProject Manager for the implementation of Capricorns Operations Management System (CMS) managing external vendor, internal resources and budget responsibility.\\\\nMember of the wider Data and Information Technology Team and IT Disaster Recovery Team\\\\nMember of Project Team reviewing Project Management and Project Controls within Capricorn with a view to implementation of corporate planning tool and associated processes and procedures.\\\\nManager of Project ARC (Archive, Retention and Classification) This project was to understand our information landscape, where potential risks were, moving data from unsupported Sharepoint On Premise Sites and undertaking a ROT Analysis (Redundant, Obsolete and Trash) of the network data.\\\\nManagement of external storage archives with OASIS including budget and rationalisation of content.\\\\nWork with GDPR Specialist to review systems and risks within IM Managed Systems\\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n
