   In my role as Public Information Officer for the City of Arlington, I work to inform the public and share the city\'s narrative through the strategic use of communication tools such as social media, video, and graphics. My role is to collaborate with the City, as well as the Arlington Police Department in developing content that highlights current events, community engagement initiatives, crime prevention strategies, and departmental updates. I represent the City and help assist the Arlington Police Department in interviews and media appearances as the PIO. In addition, I coordinate press releases and public statements to ensure transparency and accountability in our communications with the public. My goal is to build trust and strengthen relationships between law enforcement and the public through effective communication strategies.
