Experienced, take charge professional with the ability to manage administration and logistics in support of two directors in an events environment. I currently assist with the coordination of up to 300 events per year.My experience within the industry has given me the ability to anticipate project needs, discern work priorities and meet deadlines. I have a passion for organisation, building relationships with both internal and external clients and providing an outstanding level of customer service.At the Ann Savva Group we immerse ourselves into your brand right from the start, the industry knowledge we collectively bring from the four divisions of our company along with almost 30 years experience within the industry is vast.My main duties as Account Director within the Ann Savva Group are-• Provide an end to end solution for our clients • Collate information on each project to achieve quality event productions• Full Account Management throughout to • Assist with negotiations for space contracts and book event space• Serve as liaison with third parties • Conduct research & make site visits • Assist with managing on-site production Event Administration• Assist with preparing budgets and provide periodic progress reports • Keep track of event finances, invoicing, and reporting.• Coordinate appointments, visits & scheduling of events • Prepare and modify event contracts as requested• Complete all H&S documents Qualifications• Excellent communication skills • Ability to manage multiple projects and work assignments from a number of clients• Excellent interpersonal skills • Ability to accomplish projects.• Fantastic customer service ethic and high expectations for quality.• Proficient using the latest versions of Microsoft Word, Excel & PowerPoint
