My 28+ years of professional services experience includes over 18 years auditing complex public and commercial entities across a range of sectors in the UK and Australia.In 2016 I took my audit skillset into a national talent role to partner with learners and senior leadership to enhance our learning culture, develop the skills to future proof our Assurance business, and build fulfilling careers.In 2021, with many years of client facing and talent experience, I joined EY\'s Global organisation, where I work with the Global Assurance leadership team to run our business. I am known for building relationships, delivering sustainable outcomes whilst remaining commercial, achieving results at pace and under pressure, and for leading and coaching inclusively. I have a keen interest in horticulture, landscape and interior design and spend as much time as I can gardening. I love being outdoors with our young, energetic family and our hounds.
