My journey into tech began when I was just four years old, asking my mom (an IT teacher) to teach me how to type. From there, I became the kind of kid who built websites for fun, explored virtual worlds, and learned to fix family tech problems before most kids had email.Today, I’m a Technical Support Engineer with a UX and performance focus, serving as the connective tissue between customers, developers, and product teams. I’ve spent the last few years mastering the art of uncovering root causes, advocating for user needs, and identifying patterns that lead to better product decisions.But I don’t just stop at fixing problems—I’m driven to build better systems and create products that scale with empathy and efficiency. As I transition into Product Management, I bring a unique blend of technical fluency, customer empathy, and a visionary mindset grounded in action.My passions lie at the intersection of AI, VR, and human-centered design.
