Working in a hosted data center environment as well as cloud environments (ex: Microsoft Azure, Veeam, Microsoft 365, and subscriptions).• Analyze and solve technical problems related to our Microsoft services, notably office365, Exchange online, SharePoint, OneDrive, Outlook, etc.• Use virtual machines to “troubleshoot” various hosted software used by clients.• Provide high quality customer service and technical support by telephone, email, and chat.• Support other products such as office protect, Bitdefender, Proofpoint, Acronis, LastPass etc. • Open tickets and enter a detailed description of the clients’ technical problems in the ticket system.• Able to resolve advanced cases and answer complex technical questions related to your M365 product of expertise.• Ensure the best high-quality customer service when troubleshooting complex product-related issues.• Worked with Active Directory (On-Prem & Azure).
