As an Assistant Policy Researcher at RAND Corporation and a Doctoral Fellow at Pardee RAND Graduate School, I apply my passion and expertise in economic development and development finance to address the complex challenges and opportunities facing Africa and its diaspora. I have over two years of experience in conducting rigorous policy analysis using experimental and quasi-experimental methodologies, as well as a strong background in political economy and economic history. My current research focuses on exploring the potential of diaspora bonds as a source of financing for sustainable growth and development in Africa. My goal is to contribute to the evidence-based design and implementation of policies and programs that empower and enable African youth to pursue their dreams at home, rather than abroad.
