About Amanda Strickland
Amanda Strickland is the CEO of The Source, where she oversees a team of nearly 60 folks who work to cultivate, harvest, process, cook, & dispense craft cannabis to medical marijuana patients in Northwest Arkansas. With a background as a documentary filmmaker, writer, & anthropologist, she believes in the power of making cultural impact in parallel with creating financial growth & sustainability for her business. She first accomplished this as the Marketing Director of The Source, when she increased her company’s sales significantly, while also establishing The Source as a cultural pillar in the local community. Her marketing efforts led The Source to become a beacon for Arkansas cannabis industry players, resulting in her promotion to CEO of the company in February of 2024.
