ABOUT MANDIE SPRULES

I am a highly motivated, driven and enthusiastic Loss Prevention, Asset/ Profit Protection professional, with a wealth of experience gained from working cross functionally in large Retail organisations. With the ability to support, challenge and influence people at various levels, and have a proven track record of delivering to budget and deadline. I am adaptable and work well under pressure, either alone or within a team.I have worked closely with local Police to organise & rollout a crime prevention initiative which, through collaborative working, successfully boosted community engagement with their local store due to raised awareness of crime prevention tactics that they could put in to practice at home; and a complete reduction of serious crime (armed robberies/ staff assault/ burglaries) within the stores where there were zero incidents compared to the same time period in previous years. This also boosted colleague morale, which in turn provided benefits to the business.I have confidently designed, organised & facilitated training sessions to both small groups, and up to 80 delegates. I have successfully managed cost saving projects including UAT testing, problem solving, risk & benefits logs, communication, design of training materials which were rolled out to stores on time, and to budget.
