I spent 12 years as a restaurant General Manager before spending another 14 years in restaurant technology leadership. I\'ve lived both sides of the system—the shift-work reality and the executive seat where resources exist.That\'s why I founded The Shift Foundation: a 501(c)(3) nonprofit helping restaurant and hospitality workers break cycles of poverty through scholarships, mentorship, and emergency support. We\'re not writing checks and hoping for the best—we\'re investing in people who\'ve already proven their work ethic.I’m an operator at heart — the person companies call when things need to move faster, smoother, and with a lot more clarity. I’ve scaled SaaS revenue from $2.1M to $6.2M, delivered 95%+ retention, rebuilt operations from the inside out, and led a full ownership transition without losing a single enterprise account.My background spans Product, CS, Operations, Finance, Engineering, and GTM.
