With 18 years of post-graduate clinical experience in trauma and substance use treatment and 15 years as a dynamic trainer, I bring a unique blend of clinical expertise, storytelling, and curiosity to every space I work in. My passion is making mental health and trauma-informed care accessible, engaging, and applicable for diverse audiences. Whether working with clinicians, community organizations, or leadership teams, I design trainings that combine research-backed knowledge with interactive learning and real-world strategies participants can immediately use.
