About Mandi Miller
When I was almost finished with my bachelor\'s degree studies, my childhood summer camp was permanently closed. At the time, I was working toward a career in arts management, and in the background of that, I held a close, fond love for my summers I had spent as a camper and counselor. When my childhood camp was closed, that changed everything for me - I was struck with the weight of how important my camp experience was to me, and how much it had shaped and molded me as a person. So, I put my arts plans aside and embarked on a new dream - being a camp director.Flash forward, and today I am able to utilize skills I\'ve developed over the years (like organization, leadership and building systems/processes) to create community and character building camp experiences for girls - experiences that empower them, support them, connect them to a sisterhood, provide them lifelong memories, and help them grow into their best selves. I am also incredibly passionate about what the camp experience does for staff. Mentoring a team each season is a privilege I hold in the highest regard. It is such an honor to be part of a staff member\'s professional and personal growth that they too experience at camp.Camp changes lives, and I\'m so grateful to be a part of that.

As Camp Director, my focus is on building a safe, values-driven program. I am proud to have led our program launch in 2024, establishing the camp culture and community that now guide everything we do. My work includes overseeing operations, program design, staff recruitment and training, and partnering with our families to ensure they feel supported throughout their camp journey.
