As a current student at North Carolina State University, majoring in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance and a minor in Data Science, I bring a unique blend of academic dedication and multifaceted leadership experiences. Known for my organizational prowess, outgoing personality, and unwavering determination, I have cultivated these qualities through diverse roles and responsibilities.In my role as Vice President of Finance for my sorority, I oversee all financial operations, including budgeting, tracking expenses, and ensuring fiscal accountability for the chapter. This position has strengthened my skills in financial management, strategic planning, and effective communication, while also highlighting my ability to collaborate with a team to achieve organizational goals.As a Shift Lead at Playa Bowls, I manage day-to-day operations, supervise team members, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. This role has further developed my leadership, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.Additionally, I nanny three times a week, balancing this commitment with my full-time academic schedule and other responsibilities. This experience has honed my time management, adaptability, and interpersonal skills, as I juggle competing priorities while maintaining a high level of reliability and care.Balancing these roles while excelling in my studies has strengthened my ability to manage time efficiently, adapt to new challenges, and maintain a results-oriented mindset. My outgoing nature, coupled with my determination and a passion for learning, positions me as an asset in both academic and professional settings.
