Apart from my mindfulness/work and life balance work, I have a keen interest in community engagement. I continue to be involved with Worcestershire Health and Care Trust as a Community Development Officer. Enabling communities to access the very best health and well-being for them, encouraging people to be proactive about their health remains a passion of mine. We know that lifestyle choices often start in childhood so I am proactive within the Trust to ensure that children and young people have a voice about services that affect them.
