Whether leading sales, marketing, commercial operations, or complete country P&L, my focus has consistently been on driving improved outcomes, driving profitable growth, and shaping policy matters.Before joining Medtronic, I had the privilege of serving as VP and Country General Manager at Intuitive India. There, I immersed myself in building the Robotic-Assisted Surgery (RAS) ecosystem, working together with government bodies and customers to enhance patient access and expand business critical operations. It was a powerful reminder of how technology, when coupled with a patient-centric approach, can truly redefine care. My earlier roles, including Chief Commercial Officer for GE Healthcare in India & South Asia, and Director WW Emerging Markets Strategy with BD, further honed my perspective on diverse market needs and the universal goal of improving human welfare.I invite you to connect with me.
