   Working as hands on individual contributor in Flex Engineering, building the next generation Customer Contact Center on the cloud. Working on building a configurable and extensible Orchestration layer that can scale- Designed scalable REST APIs with OpenAPI, Dropwizard and generator for boilerplate code generation. Led the team on the implementation. Used DynamoDB as datastore, designed and created the tables with terraform and wrote the boilerplate code for CRUD. This helped a lot of new team members- Developed the authentication module for API Key signing- Developed async microservice to process Kafka messages for key event changes and trigger workflows - Wrote design documents, blueprints, presented across teams and review boards- Mentor team members and unblock daily as needed.
