ABOUT MANDEEP TOOR
Teacher: What do you want to be?Me: A leader. Teacher: No, like as a job. Me: The one who helps people grow and achieve. From an early age, I’ve been drawn to leadership—not in giving orders, but in fostering growth. Over time, my goal has evolved into “the one who supports people to unlock their potential and exceed expectations.” With a strong foundation in teaching, I’ve honed the skills to inspire learning and development in others. Whether working with individuals from diverse backgrounds or varied age groups, I’ve learned that growth happens through intention, resilience, and an impact-driven mindset. Leadership is never perfect, but it’s in this imperfection that the most meaningful progress occurs. Now, I’m focused on leveraging my expertise in learning and development to create environments where people can thrive. My passion lies in driving growth through strategic approaches to training, coaching, and empowering others to become the best version of themselves. Outside of work, you’ll find me chasing my two girls, enjoying rainy-day movies, or getting lost in a good podcast or book. In my spare time, I love exploring new vegan recipes, watching football, and hitting the gym. Im also an expert in the fine art of choosing just the right meme to send to friends and family.
