   Share new work orders with forging teams and plan activities based on raw material (RM) availability. If RM is unavailable, coordinate with the purchase team to raise requirements, record PO details, and follow up until receipt and verification.Maintain detailed PO records (hard and soft copies) including vendor info, heat numbers, weight, size, allocation, usage, and balance. Ensure documentation is validated by forging, UT, chemistry, and quality teams, with payment verification as the final step for PO closure.Conduct weekly forging planning meetings with forging heads, share pending work orders, align records, correct deviations, and record daily forging status.Track daily UT checks, collect failure reports, and coordinate replanning of RM and forging. Record heat treatment status, verify punching and PDI sheets before dispatch, and coordinate corrections if required.Plan and track machining activities, update daily progress, and coordinate with the machine shop and maintenance team in case of breakdowns.Prepare weekly dispatch plans with the Quality Head and record dispatches to ensure timely execution.Manage Google Sheets live tracker to monitor all active work orders, maintaining dedicated sheets for cancelled, fulfilled, modified orders and all process checkpoints like forging, machining, heat treatment, UT, PDI, and inspections.Coordinate with process owners to collect updates and share daily reports in designated management groups.Flag orders with upcoming or overdue dispatch deadlines, loop in management and responsible teams, and follow up to ensure timely execution.
