With 19 years at MultiCare Health System, I’ve built a career focused on elevating the experience of Physicians and APPs—from recruitment to retirement. My journey has taken me through roles in the lab, learning and development, talent acquisition, and now, experience strategy.As a former Senior Physician and APP Enterprise Recruiter, I partnered with medical and administrative leaders to bring top-tier talent to specialties like Neurosciences, Orthopedic Surgery, Sports Medicine, Dermatology, and PM & R. Today, I coach clinicians on career development, support leadership and well-being programs, and help shape a workplace where people feel seen, supported, and inspired.I hold a B.A. in Psychology from Whitman College (where I played volleyball and basketball) and a Master of Science in Career Advising from Kansas State University.
