   Role & Responsibilities:1. Provide leadership in designing and building training curriculum and content, development and delivery management systems for TPSDI2. Design and develop learning interventions that are useful, engaging and fun to poorly educated working adults to enhance their skills and employability3. Align training design and development with the Institute\'s 3P & E training model of Prepare, Practice, Perform, & Excel4. Develop and deliver quality and impactful skill training, testing, and accreditation in a cost competitive manner5. Leverage technology and use innovative learning solutions to impart skill-based training6. Plan and ensure learning interventions and delivery can be eventually scaled up to cater to thousands of learners in a time-bound manner7. Ensure training is developed in a modular manner to enable asset and content reuse8. Consult with various subsidiary companies, internal divisions, and stakeholders to understand business needs and design curriculum and learning solutions to address the business goals and performance gaps9. Benchmark training curricula to Indian National Occupational Standards (NOS) and seek accreditation for the same from National Skill Development Corporation (NSDC)10. Set down design and development standards and best practices to maintain consistency across subject areas and multiple vendors11. Engage with training delivery and monitor pilot runs to ensure training content is delivered in line with expected learning outcomes12. Set up a system for reviews, assessments, feedback, and analysis to evaluate training effectiveness13. Plan budget and business plan in line with the Institute’s strategy and implement the same14. Identify, define and manage key processes and systems like Knowledge Management System and Learning Management System. Procure and setup these systems
