   Successfully launched a new product in partnership with an external partner company- Pinelabs- to offer 0% APR Consumer Installment payment in SEA market. In my current role, I partner with Regional Business, Engineering, UX, Product Delivery teams and strategic partner to devlop and manage Product backlog with continuous prioritization, and deliver new feature which go through a new idea- solution- development- delivery cycle by collaborating with several stakeholders during the journey. I directly interact with customers(Issuers) for various topics ranging from validating new ideas, understanding pain points, feedback and demos for new features. I also participate to formulate the Product metrics to measure the success of the product.At Mastercard, I previously worked as a Product Manager for one of Mastercard’s most critical initiatives named One View for product(1V4P), which involves building a central product inventory (PIM) to offer a globally consistent Sales experience & improve operational effectiveness. Some of the responsibilities I handle include Building Product Roadmap, Customer requirements analysis, Prioritization, User Research, Stake holder management, Product Communication, Product Backlog management, serving as product owner for scrum teams, participating in Technical Design. Developed proficiency in the full tech stack- REST API’s, Angular, Oracle database 19c, Axon, PCF. Below are some of my key accomplishments:• Delivered an MVP and two releases post MVP consisting of a REST API application for enterprise integrations and a self-service administrative portal for product owners to manage the product information. • Gained business efficiencies for PME Manager group by retiring institutional excel/confluence based processes and introducing a single self service PIM to maintain accurate product information.
