   I am a Senior Vice President within Asset Servicing Digital Delivery. The digital team builds industry leading online digital experiences and capabilities that empower clients by providing solutions, transparency and knowledge where, when and how clients want it. In my role as Specialist Product Manager I am responsible for the delivery of digital tools to clients around the globe. This includes driving beta programs and product launches directly with clients, gathering feedback and working with product and technology teams to share and prioritize features. I collaborate with a cross-functional team of digital developers, business strategists, and digital designers, while working closely with all areas across the company to ensure an optimal client experience. Key functions include- Attract, grow and support a team of partners in the introduction of new products and to our clients - Establish best practices and consistency to ensure optimal team dynamics and delivery- Engage with business leadership to successfully ensure the client voice is represented in digital delivery- Part of the leadership team responsible for the strategy and execution of digital transformation
