HR professional with overall 15 years of experience in leading strategic HR functions that contribute to organizational growth, cultural alignment, and business impact. Currently heading the HR function at a large-scale engineering design organization, where I focus on enabling HR to operate as a strategic partner to the business.With a foundation in sales and marketing, I bring a strong business perspective to HR function allowing me to approach people strategy with practical insight and balanced decision-making. This dual understanding helps in designing HR frameworks that are both grounded and scalable.Deeply committed to building and nurturing HR teams that are aligned with the organization’s vision and values.
