ABOUT MANDAR APTE
Purpose is not a destination.its a journey.worth exploring!I collaborate with leaders, changemakers & organizations to reimagine their purpose & impact.I draw upon my work of creating and managing Shell\'s GameChanger social innovation program, where we showcased through a portfolio of investments that brands (like Shell) can (and must) go beyond CSR and philanthropic investments to create shared value i.e. both social impact & ROI. Recognized as a thought leader in social innovation, leadership development, and intrapreneurship, I have presented masterclasses on these topics at prestigious conferences viz. Social Innovation Summit, Sustainable Brands, as well as at Business Schools viz. Oxford Said, London Business School, etc.During my consulting and coaching work, I also leverage my experience of managing three social businesses as well as nearly two decades of studying, practicing, and teaching meditation to thousands of leaders across four continents (including over colleagues while at Shell). I strongly believe that a focus on daily \"inner recalibration\" can transform our leadership vision, potential, and impact. I am always looking to expand my lateral networks, especially with those who thrive on complexity, and chaos, and have an innate desire to change the status quo!For more about my work, please visit:
