With 23 Years of working on hydrocarbon Industry, Offshore, Onshore, LNG, Oil and Gas processing, Refineries, Petrochemicals, Greenfield & Brownfield Projects, Chemical Industry, I am well versed with Static Equipments and Packages like High Pressure and Low pressure vessels, columns, shell & tube heat exchangers, Propane Kettles, TEG Gas dehydration Packages, Flare Packages, Waste Heat Recovery Units, Air cooled Heat Exchangers, Storage Tanks, sulphur condensers, electric heaters, plate & frame exchangers, brazed aluminium heat exchangers, filters & coalescers, Pig Launchers/receivers, Fuel Gas heaters etc. Well versed with EPC company’s Engineering activities like Leading the Mechanical Static Discipline, review of mechanical calculations, Vendor drawings, Vendor offers, Vendor’s Technical Bid Evaluation, cost optimisation and providing cost effective solutions, preparation/review of mechanical datasheets, specifications, inputs to Mechanical Draughtsman, inter-disciplinary checks & co-ordinations, inter-disciplinary Project related Technical discussions, managing the Engineering task force of other locations and co-ordination with other Engineering Centres, actively involved in preparation of in-house Technical standards for Mechanical Department. Well versed with Client side / PMC activities like review of FEED and DETAILED Engineering documents of Contractors/Bidders, review of equipment and packages Specifications and datasheets, Equipment layout review, participation in piping model reviews, Plot plan review, Technical Bid Evaluation of all Bidders/Contractors, solving Technical Queries in stipulated time, Support to construction site, Technical support to Operations and Maintenance site, review of Vendor’s calculations and drawings as per Shell DEP standards and Petronas Technical Standards (PTS). Wide experience for project phases like FEED, Detailed Design, for Sour and non-Sour service, detailed engineering with continuous approach for optimisation in design with consideration of integrity of the facility.
