I am a user experience designer with a background in customer service and management. Recently, I earned a certificate in a UX/UI career track at Springboard. Along with completing 3 solo projects, I had the opportunity to work with a real company and design a solution for their sport training app. These experiences have taught me the design thinking process, user-centered design, and how to use tools like Figma to create usable, enjoyable, and accessible products. Additionally, I developed strong communication skills while working as a cake decorator, where I learned to bring customers\' design ideas into reality, and gained a unique perspective on design and an eye for detail that I incorporate into all my work. I am a quick learner, a team player, and someone who is willing to go above and beyond to get the work done.
