I’m Manav Jain, a strategist, and founder shaping the future of hiring. As Co-Founder of BarRaiser, I lead with the belief that intelligent hiring can unlock disproportionate value for organizations. We’ve built an AI-led Interview Intelligence Platform trusted by some of the world’s most ambitious teams to reduce mis-hires, bring structure to interviews, and elevate candidate experience at scale. My leadership is shaped by a 15+ year career spanning global consulting (BCG), banking (BNP Paribas), and operational execution in frontier markets (Schlumberger). From navigating upstream oil & gas projects across Southeast Asia to restructuring distressed assets in India, I’ve operated where stakes are high and impact is measurable. At BNP Paribas, I held a Senior VP role driving people strategy, digital hiring transformation, and marketing alignment setting the foundation for what we now scale through BarRaiser. I work closely with CHROs, Talent Heads, and C-Level executives to build hiring systems that not only perform but endure.
