I am a Relationship Manager at Tata Capital and a MBA Graduate from Goa Institute of Management, with a bachelor\'s degree in chemistry from CCS University. I have skills in customer relationship management, presentations, and market research, and I have earned multiple certifications in digital marketing, Six Sigma, and Tableau. At Tata Capital, I have developed and managed pipelines, engaging with 20+ corporates and advancing discussions with 7+ potential clients. I have onboarded and managed relationships with 7 corporates, initiating car lease programs from inception. I have interacted extensively with C-suite executives in finance, treasury, and HR domains, negotiating commercial terms and agreements independently, and ensuring competitive and profitable deals. I have achieved a YTD disbursal of INR 23 Crores, while consistently exceeding quarterly targets. I have also proactively leveraged my initiative and problem-solving skills, cross-selling products to clients, and increasing customer satisfaction and loyalty. Previously, I headed a pilot project at V-Guard, validating go-to-market strategies, conducting market research, launching a retailer talk series, and generating sales of INR 1.3L.
