My key responsibilities include:• Welcoming guests, verifying bookings, and processing payments.• Explaining game rules, ensuring players feel comfortable and prepared.• Guiding teams to their respective rooms and providing hints as needed during gameplay.• Conducting walkthroughs for teams who narrowly miss escaping, offering insights into the game, and celebrating successful escapes.• Gathering feedback and engaging with guests to ensure a positive experience.• Regularly inspecting and resetting game rooms to ensure props and puzzles function properly for the next session.• Handling front-desk operations, including processing payments, verifying bookings, and managing cash/card transactions with accuracy and efficiency.
