In this role, I manage and maintain the critical IT infrastructure that supports the seamless operation of this large-scale infrastructure project. My day-to-day includes: Installing & Configuring Systems: Setting up and configuring servers, workstations, routers, switches, and firewalls to ensure everything runs smoothly. System Maintenance & Troubleshooting: Monitoring system performance and resolving issues as they arise to keep everything running efficiently. Ensuring Security: Implementing security protocols, firewalls, and regular backups while monitoring for potential risks. Account & Permissions Management: Managing user accounts, ensuring proper access control and maintaining system integrity. Network Monitoring: Keeping a close eye on network performance, addressing threats, and ensuring the LAN is secure. Training Staff: Developing training programs to empower the team with the latest tech skills and best practices.It\'s been an incredible experience working on such a vital project, ensuring the infrastructure is reliable, secure, and optimized. I\'m proud to contribute to the success of the NH-44 project and continue learning and growing in this ever-evolving field.
