   In a company Employing over 500 hourly associates across 4 facilities i was able to implement many improvements to our operations resulting in some outstanding returns- With some changes and department evaluations we were able to reduce total labor hours and bring a 30% decrease to labor costs with out any impact to manufacturing throughputs- I was able to over see warehousing and logistics and with the changes that were implemented we were able to increase total shipping accuracy 15% and increase inventory accuracy 24%- Spearheaded KPI development and tracking, and implemented a WMS/ERP system, improving overall operational efficiency- with new automation and plant improvements i was able to lead a further labor evaluation and adjusting resulting in a 10% decrease to total cost.
