My work involves continuous learning and competency building within the team to effectively advance our strategy.Before Nestle I worked with KPMG where I supported sustainability journeys for cross-sectoral clients, supported in crafting decarbonization strategies and operationalized comprehensive ESG frameworks for global clients. Earlier in my career, at Tata Steel Foundation, worked on establishing thought leadership and driving impact through strategic fundraising, digital innovation, and meticulous CSR budget management. I designed and executed large-scale agricultural, skill development, health, and disability projects in mining communities, alongside managing internal communications and fostering volunteering initiatives.My expertise lies in translating global sustainability mandates into localized strategies, fostering impactful stakeholder engagements, and building robust frameworks for both reporting transparency and demonstrable social good.
